Clay Shed (clayshed.co.uk) is a purpose built ceramic studio in Lawrence Hill, Bristol. The studio was established in 2018 with an aim to develop the technical and contextual knowledge of ceramic makers. Clay Shed provides full-time and part-time studio space for makers at any stage in their career as well as kiln hire and group events. Our extensive development programme includes courses for beginners and improvers, workshops and talks delivered by guest artists, one-to-one mentoring as well as technical and theoretical training.
